Starting something new is scary but it doesn’t have to be.
Sometimes the most rewarding things are things we didn’t see the result when we first started. It’s ok not to have all of the answers when you first start. At Studio E, we know the feeling all too well.
We are aware that most of you have never tried Pilates. We want the opportunity to change that. That is why we made ‘the Basics.’ It’s a few classes for absolute beginners—a small collection of fundamentals, equipment, and terms that you will encounter along the way. We want to try and ease the learning curve just a little, so you don’t hear or see something in the beginning that you may not know.
We will continue to add classes to the Basics category as we hear your feedback on what may be confusing or not well explained at the start.
